✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after delivery

  • The product was used, opened, or damaged after delivery

  • The request was made after 7 days of receiving the order


🔄 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via:

Provide the following:

  • Order ID

  • Photo/video proof of the damaged/wrong item

  • Reason for return

Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).


💸 Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If you chose Cash on Delivery, we will ask for your bank or UPI details to process the refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.


🚫 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
