✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

You changed your mind after delivery

The product was used, opened, or damaged after delivery

The request was made after 7 days of receiving the order
🔄 How to Request a Return

Provide the following:

Order ID

Photo/video proof of the damaged/wrong item

Reason for return
Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).
💸 Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

If you chose Cash on Delivery, we will ask for your bank or UPI details to process the refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
🚫 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
